DescriptionThin wheel-thrown brown earthenware, covered overall in pale blue slip with inscriptions boldly incised through the slip to the brown body and scroll decoration in cream and orange brown slip. The inscription reads "Victoria! Victoria!/Oblivious to such temp-/ting whiles as trespass/on the mind of rank"
